And the most recent GFY mug surprise gift goes to….
Liz’s hubby Billy recently wrote to me and requested that I send a cup to the love of his life (photo below!). After a recent and unexpected cardiac episode, Liz called 911 and got Billy immediate help that saved his life. He wrote a beautiful note to her thanking her for being in his life and saving it as well, which I included in the package. One more happy woman who has an everyday reminder of how much she is loved. Thank you to Billy and to the love he shared with Liz in this way! I am GFY both Liz and Billy! It all started with this beautiful cup!
My friend Leslie is an amazing potter. She made me 20 cups with "Grateful for You" printed on the bottom of each cup. Ever since I have been delivering them around the country, celebrating the relationships that influence us the most. I have been interviewing people about one relationship that has inspired and changed their life and I had no idea how powerful it is to document these important relationships in this way.
