WELCOME TO THE CUP OF KARMA PROJECT !

I didn’t realize it at the time but I created The Cup of Karma Project when I was 23, in the fall of 1987. I stepped onto the midnight train from Copenhagen to Amsterdam and met a holy man who shared with me his life philosophy focusing on the importance of appreciating the people we love and learn from in this world.

That one conversation changed my life.

Suddenly, I began to see my relationships in a new light. I had a new found gratitude for the people who mattered the most to me. He asked me to find a way to share this experience and his life philosophy in a way that was unique to me. Every day since, I have continued work toward sharing his vision the best way I know how and the Cup of Karma Project is an articulation of this practice and philosophy.

The Cup of Karma Project thrives today as more and more people come to understand the importance of what it represents. Our last event at the Ag Hall in July of 2024 was one that will always live close to my heart. We celebrated Martha’s Vineyard farms and farmers along with the seeds we plant in our lives and our relationships. So many people came and celebrated relationships that nurture our soul. I will never forget it.

With love and gratitude,
